Troubleshooting for Tribe and all the related fitness Apps.

Android Wear Watch

If you have an Android watch, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Go to Google Play store and download the Wear OS app on your phone.
2. Simultaneously, start your android watch and make sure that Bluetooth is turned ‘ON’ for both your phone and the watch.
3. Now, on your phone, open the Wear OS app and tap ‘Set it up’. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish pairing the devices.
4. When your device and watch successfully connect, you’ll find “Connected” in the Wear OS app. If you’re still having trouble connecting both the devices, Click Here.
5. Finally, install Tribe App on both your phone and watch.

6. If you are using the App for the first time on your phone, you will find Connect with your wearable device screen during the process. Click on “Android wear device” to proceed.

7. If you are an existing user, click on the bottom right icon to see Android Wear in the list. Click on it to open and see if your watch is visible under the Paired Devices.

8. If not, click on Add New Device and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the watch.

9. Allow Sensor permissions on the watch to connect both the devices on Tribe.

Still having trouble setting up? Check out these points:
Your watch should be connected to the Google Wear OS app and should be sufficiently charged
• Ensure that both the devices are connected on the same network and within each other’s Bluetooth range.
• Disconnect your watch if it is paired with any other app on your phone.
